AT-HOME WORKOUTS! (BY TRISHA, CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER)
My name is Trisha, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I received my B.S. in Kinesiology in 2018, and I am the owner of Triple Threat Therapy! I wanted to share some physical and mental health tips on Nerdy Naturals, and I hope that you find these helpful.

Day 1
Five rounds, 30 seconds on 10-20s. Rest for one minute after three completed.
Five rounds, 30 seconds ON, rest period for 10-15 seconds after each move and one minute after three completed.
Five rounds, 30 seconds ON, rest period for one minute after completing one round of three exercises.
Day 2
Five rounds, 40 seconds ON, with 10-20 seconds of rest.
Five rounds, 30 seconds ON, rest period for one minute after completing one round of three exercises.
Day 3
Three sets of 20 reps! (Use resistance band if you have one)

Bicycles
Sit ups
In addition to working out from home and getting your sweat on, make a vision board! What are the goals that you have set for yourself? Are you working towards something? Where are you going?
If you have no answers to those questions, that’s okay, but if you do want answers to those questions, now is the time to figure out a direction. Apply for an internship in a field you're curious about. Try out a new recipe for a smoothie or spaghetti squash. Get back into journaling. Where do you see yourself in five years? 10 years? 20 years? Clean out your closet! Now is the time to go through your clothes. Get rid of the clothes you don’t wear or that don’t fit. Donate them to charity, gift them to a friend, or sell them on Poshmark! Be productive and positive with your time.

- Tricep dips
- Commandos (high plank to low plank)
Five rounds, 30 seconds ON, rest period for 10-15 seconds after each move and one minute after three completed.
- Plank walkouts
- Low plank
- Shoulder taps
Five rounds, 30 seconds ON, rest period for one minute after completing one round of three exercises.
- High knees
- Jump squats
- Plyo jacks
Day 2
Five rounds, 40 seconds ON, with 10-20 seconds of rest.
- Squat hold with cross jab
- Lunge in place
- Push ups
- Wall sit
Five rounds, 30 seconds ON, rest period for one minute after completing one round of three exercises.
- Mountain climbers
- Plank dips
- Russian twists
Day 3
Three sets of 20 reps! (Use resistance band if you have one)
- Kickbacks
- Lateral kickbacks
- Fire hydrants
- Side to side squat
- Jump squats
3x25
