#21DAYSOFSELFCARE CHALLENGE.
Hey Readers!
We'reeeeeee back! It's Nile here and I'm here to update you all on what we have in store for the next three weeks. Since Tee, Apryl, and I were the contributors for the topic of mental health, we decided that we would take the #21DaysofSelfCare Challenge.
What exactly is the #21DaysofSelfCare Challenge you may ask. About two weeks ago on Twitter, I led a discussion with some other black women about mental health in the black community. During the discussion, a woman by the name of Dr. Amber Thornton gave some input on how she thinks mental health is addressed in the black community and what we can do about it.

After responding to Amber's comments which eventually led to other ladies joining in the conversation, Dr. Amber Thornton left us with something we could all participate in to improve our mental health--she wanted us to take the #21DaysofSelfCare Challenge. A challenge designed help you create a self-care routine.
Since Tee, Apryl, and I have been sharing our experiences with mental health, we decided that we would take the challenge. The challenge began on January 8th, so it's been roughly a week since the beginning of challenge.
I'm going to share with you all what I did on the first day of the #21DaysofSelfCare Challenge.
